These are the basic rates. We do offer discounts for repeating guests and we use different prices for guests who like to stay for longer periods, for example during the winter months.

Q. What is included in the entry/exit clean?
First of all, it prepares your arrival. The beds will be provided with fresh sheets, the outside furniture will be placed, fresh bath towels will be added in the bathrooms, the rooms will be aired and the apartment will be checked on cleanliness. However, the entry/exit clean does not include doing the dishes, empying the dishwasher or taking out the trash. Secondly - after your stay - the apartment will be cleaned in order to welcome new arrivals.
It also includes a welcome package (some coffee pads, some dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water, bottle of cava, toilet rolls).
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost will be required to confirm your booking (if more than 5 weeks prior to arrival date). The balance in full will be required 5 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer to our bank account in Spain.
Q. Can I make a booking for a long stay?
Yes, you can. If you're planning a long stay in our apartment, you'll be given a different rate, depending on the length of your stay. Send us an email and we'll give you an honest quote.
Q. When can I arrive at the apartment and when do I have to exit the apartment?
Usually, there is no rush and Individual arrangements can be made, depending on your flights and wether we need to take other guests and cleaning of the apartment into consideration.
Q. Do we have to bring our own beach or pool towels?
Yes, please pack your own beach or pool towels. The pool provides plenty of sunbeds for you to enjoy and you are most welcome to wash and dry your towels in the private utility room / laundry room of the apartment after a lovely day at the beach.
Q. Where is the pool?
The swimming pool is set in a tropical garden and is located at the end of our block. Just step outside of the apartment and take the path to the left. You'll find the pool after a few metres.
Q. Is the area secured and is there secured parking?
Of course, the apartment is set within a gated community, you need a security code to open the gates and enter the property. There is one parking space available in the underground carpark, which provides easy access to the apartment by means of an elevator.
Q. Where do I go food shopping?
A few minutes away by car, the village of San Pedro de Alcantara will meet all your shopping needs. There are small and large supermarkets in the area with ample parking.
Q. How do I use the B&O Bluetooth speaker?
You can download the Beoplay app on your phone, but it also works without it.
Press the power button to switch BeoPlay A2 on. Then, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. The product
indicator starts flashing blue. When the product indicator flashes blue, switch on Bluetooth on your device. Find the device list and select BeoPlay A2. The product indicator turns solid blue, a sound prompt is heard and BeoPlay A2 is ready to play. You can now use any music app on your phone to play music on the B&0 speaker.
